Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Our exchange policy last for 24 hours after delivery.

You will have to inform us about the issue within 24 hours after delivery.

If 24 hours have gone by since you received the order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused & undamaged and in the original condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging & packaging must be undamaged as well.

NOTE - for every exchange order, 200 rupees will be charged to the customers as a shipping & handling fee and will have to prepay the amount.

If you received a wrong or damaged product, then the reverse pickup will be done for free of cost.

If we have sent you the exact product what you have ordered, then the return shipping & handling fee will be at the buyer’s cost.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order before the order is dispatched from our end.
