1. Eligibility for Returns
Our return policy is valid for 24 hours from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Supported by a clear and continuous unboxing video (mandatory for any return or refund request).
🚨 Important: Returns or refunds cannot be processed without an unboxing video. The video serves as verification to ensure the product's condition at the time of delivery.
2. Unboxing Video Instructions
To ensure a smooth return or refund process, follow these steps while recording your unboxing video:
✅ Show the package from all sides – Capture all labels, seals, and packaging details.
✅ Record in one continuous shot – Do not pause or edit the video.
✅ Keep the package visible in the frame – The box must not go out of view.
✅ Clearly display the contents – Show all items properly.
✅ Highlight any issues – If there is damage or an error, zoom in to show it clearly.
✅ Ensure good video quality – Use proper lighting and keep a steady hand.

3. Time Frame for Returns
Eligible items must be returned within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
4. Initiating a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, email us at support@slicecover.com or visit our Contact Us page. Please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return/exchange
- Unboxing video
Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received:
- The refund will be processed within 2-3 working days to your bank account after receiveing the return order.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of a partial refund (only the item's cost will be refunded).
- 🚨 Partially COD payments are non-refundable. If you have placed an order using Partial COD (part prepaid & part COD), the COD portion is not refundable under any circumstances.
6. Exchanges
Need a different size or design? Contact support@slicecover.com within 24 hours of delivery. Exchanges depend on product availability.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned unless defective:
- Surprise Gift Covers (₹99 promotional add-ons)
- Items purchased under the "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" offer
🚨 Note: "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please check your selection before ordering.
🚨 Products sold under Stock Clearance Sale are not eligible for return or replacement. Only orders with incorrect products, mistakenly shipped by us, will be eligible for replacement.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
9. Policy Updates
