All prepaid orders will be delivered to you free of shipping charge. And 99 rupees will be charged on All COD (cash on delivery) orders as a shipping fee.

Delivery times

Usually, we deliver orders within 5-7 Working Days across India. But your shipments can be delayed due to some common affecting factors such as weather, holidays, & customs inspections, etc. 

So don’t worry if your shipment gets delayed by 2 or 3 working days, if your order is delayed by more than 10 working days from the date of order placement, contact us at Support@slicecover.com to inform us about your order delay.

We are unable to give you any guarantee of shipping times. These are only estimates. Hope you will understand.

We ship our products only in India. We don’t provide any shipping service outside of India.

missing or lost package

We will provide you with an order tracking id by email or SMS after the order confirmation so you can track your order easily.

If your order didn’t deliver to you within 10 working days from the date of order placement, contact us at Support@slicecover.com to inform us about your delayed order, so we can resolve this issue as soon as possible.  

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. So be petitions after informing us about your package delay. After complaining, it will take 5-7 working days to deliver your order.
